Build Your First Laravel App

Getting started with Laravel is easier than you think. In this guide we'll scaffold a new project, wire up a route, and render your first view.

Step 1: Install Laravel

composer create-project laravel/laravel hello-tutsfx

Step 2: Add a route

Open routes/web.php:

Route::get('/', fn () => view('welcome'));

Step 3: Run it

php artisan serve

That's it — your first Laravel app is live.
