TutsFx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe that content available on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact (support@tutsfx.com) that includes the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL where it appears, so that we can locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the affected party. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
